What is the Penthouse Experience?

The Penthouse Experience is a private residence located on the 30th floor in Victory Park, featuring floor-to-ceiling views of the Dallas skyline. For the evening, the residence is transformed into your own intimate private dining and event space.

The venue is located in Victory Park in Dallas, Texas.

How many guests can the venue accommodate?

The penthouse can accommodate up to 40 guests for a seated dinner and up to 75 guests for a cocktail-style event.

What types of events can be hosted?

The penthouse can host all types of private events, including birthdays, proposals, rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, cocktail receptions, and other special occasions.

Is catering included?

Yes. Catering is included with the Penthouse Experience unless a space-only rental arrangement is approved.

Can I just rent out the space?

Yes. Space-only rentals may be available depending on the date, event type, and approved event plan.

Can I customize the menu?

Yes. Chef Rami will work with you to create a menu tailored to your event, preferences, and dietary needs.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes. Alcohol is allowed, and bar service can be included as part of your event package.

Can I hire my own vendors?

Outside vendors may be used, but all vendors must be approved in advance.

Is parking available?

Because the penthouse is located in a private residential property, on-site parking is limited. Guests are required to use a rideshare service or park in nearby lots and walk to the venue. Car service can also be coordinated if needed.

Is the venue private?

Yes. The penthouse is reserved exclusively for your event.

Is there a minimum food and beverage spend?

Yes. The minimum food and beverage spend is $5,000.

Can I host a proposal, birthday, or rehearsal dinner?

Yes. The space is available for proposals, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, and a wide range of other private celebrations.

Can I decorate the space?

Yes. Decorations are allowed, subject to advance approval and venue guidelines.

What is included with the venue rental?

The standard Penthouse Experience includes a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres, a four-course dinner, and an open bar for three hours.

How far in advance should I reserve my event?

Events are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so reserving as early as possible is recommended. We prefer at least seven days' notice whenever possible.
