How does Meals by Rami Raw work?

Choose the meal plan that best fits your lifestyle. We will prepare your meals fresh, package them, and have them ready for pickup or delivered directly to your door.

Are the meals fresh or frozen?

All Meals by Rami Raw and Culinary Club by Rami Raw meals are prepared fresh and are never frozen.

How long do the meals stay fresh?

Meals by Rami Raw stay fresh for up to 5 days when refrigerated. Culinary Club by Rami Raw meals use Modified Atmosphere Packaging, allowing them to stay fresh for up to 10 days when refrigerated.

How do I heat my meals?

Remove the lid and reheat the meal in the microwave for approximately 90 to 120 seconds, or until heated through.

Do I get to choose my meals each week?

Yes. The Hybrid, Fully Custom, and Culinary Club meal plans all allow you to select your meals each week.

When do I need to place my order?

Weekly orders must generally be placed by Thursday. Ordering deadlines for Fully Custom meal plans may vary.

Can I skip a week?

Yes. You can manage skipped weeks through the Rami Raw customer portal or the Culinary Club portal, depending on your meal plan.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription through the Rami Raw customer portal or the Culinary Club portal, depending on your meal plan.

When will my meals be delivered?

We offer deliveries Sunday through Wednesday. Your specific delivery day will depend on your plan and delivery area.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. Nationwide shipping is available through Culinary Club by Rami Raw.

Is shipping included?

No. Shipping is charged separately.

Are nutrition facts included?

Nutrition facts are included with the Hybrid, Fully Custom, and Culinary Club meal plans. Chef's Choice meals do not automatically include nutrition facts, but they can be provided upon request.

Are the meals gluten-free or dairy-free?

All meals are gluten-free and dairy-free unless otherwise requested through the Fully Custom meal plan.

Can I customize my meals?

Yes. Complete customization is available through our Fully Custom Meal Plan. Other plans allow you to select broader preferences such as low carb, no seafood, no red meat, and similar dietary or lifestyle preferences.

How are the meals packaged?

Meals by Rami Raw are packaged in standard plastic meal prep containers, with select plans offering the option to upgrade to reusable glass containers. Culinary Club by Rami Raw meals use Modified Atmosphere Packaging, which consists of a plastic tray sealed with an airtight film to help maintain freshness.

What happens if my order arrives late or damaged?

Please notify us immediately and provide photos of the damaged or affected items. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement order or refund when appropriate.

Can I recycle the packaging?

For Meals by Rami Raw deliveries, we reuse delivery bags, ice packs, and glass containers. Please leave them out for us to collect and exchange during your next delivery. Culinary Club packaging is single-use and may be disposed of according to your local recycling and waste guidelines.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

No. We offer contactless delivery. However, your meals should be refrigerated as soon as possible and should not remain outside for an extended period.

What is Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP)?

Modified Atmosphere Packaging is a food-packaging process that replaces much of the oxygen inside a sealed meal tray with a controlled blend of food-safe gases. This helps slow spoilage and preserve the meal's freshness, flavor, texture, and appearance without freezing it.

Where are the meals prepared?

Meals by Rami Raw and Culinary Club by Rami Raw are both prepared in licensed commercial kitchens in Garland, Texas.

Who creates the menus?

All menus for Meals by Rami Raw and Culinary Club by Rami Raw are created and curated by Chef Rami.
